The ESB I brewed back at the end of June finally finished fermenting and has now been kegged. I’ve always been a huge fan on English beer styles, and extra special bitter (ESB) is one of my favorite go-to beers of all. This one is a light amber color with a light bready aroma. It has a dull up front bitterness, a smooth full body, and a bit of lingering bitterness on the back of the tongue.
This one came in at 5.6% ABV, it’ll be a nice easy drinking beer. I’m very satisfied with how it came out.
